SPOKANE PSYCH TALK
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Jobs in Spokane, WA
Join a Psychiatry Practice Built Around Its Providers
If you’re looking for a place to practice psychiatry where you can really be part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
We know why most of us became psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs). We like taking care of people. We like the science, the relationships, the complexity of psychiatry, and knowing there is always more to learn. We also know that being a psychiatric provider comes with a lot of things that have very little to do with patient care. Paperwork, inboxes, prior authorizations, billing, scheduling, credentialing, and all the other pieces of running a practice can take up a surprising amount of your time.
We believe providers should have support with those things. Just as importantly, we believe providers should have other people around them. People to ask questions. People to talk through a complicated patient with. People who understand a hard day. People who can cover for you when you need to be away. People you genuinely enjoy working with.
That is what we have worked hard to build at Panoramic Psychiatry.
PMHNP Jobs in Spokane with a Team Behind You
Panoramic Psychiatry started in 2019 as a solo practice. As we grew, I realized I didn’t want to simply build a larger version of a solo practice. I wanted to build the practice I would have wanted to work in. I wanted to be able to focus on my patients without spending my nights running a business. I wanted people down the hall who I could trust. I wanted to be able to take a real vacation. And I wanted clinicians to be able to learn from and support one another.
Today, we have an administrative team that supports the work behind the scenes and a clinical team that genuinely works together. We refer to one another, consult with one another, cover for one another, and share what we know. It isn’t perfect, but it is a group of people who care about doing good work and care about the people they work alongside.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Job in Spokane, WA
We aren’t actively hiring all the time. We are slow to hire because the people who join Panoramic become an important part of our team. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about their patients, takes their clinical responsibility seriously, and wants to be part of something bigger than their own caseload.
Someone who is comfortable working independently but doesn’t want to practice in isolation. Someone who wants to keep learning, is willing to ask questions, and would rather spend their time taking care of patients than getting bogged down in the busy work of psychiatry, the day-to-day administration, and everything that comes with trying to run a business.
Our ideal Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is someone who:

- Enjoys collaborating and consulting with other providers
- Wants to continue learning and growing as a clinician
- Is willing to ask questions and share knowledge
- Wants to spend more time providing psychiatric care and less time dealing with administrative work

Practice Psychiatry Without Practicing Alone
At Panoramic Psychiatry we created a culture where providers can rely on one another. Psychiatry can be complex. Having colleagues you can talk with matters.
At Panoramic, providers have opportunities to:
- Consult with colleagues about challenging cases
- Share clinical knowledge and experience
- Refer patients within the practice when appropriate
- Provide coverage for one another
- Learn from different clinical perspectives
- Participate in ongoing education
- Build genuine professional relationships
You should be able to work independently while still knowing that you’re part of a team.
Who We’re Looking For
The right person for Panoramic Psychiatry doesn’t need to have every answer.
We’re looking for a clinician who is curious, thoughtful, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent psychiatric care.
You may be a good fit if you are a PMHNP who:
- Enjoys working with children, adolescents, or young adults
- Values collaborative psychiatric care
- Wants clinical autonomy with a strong support system
- Enjoys learning from other providers
- Takes patient care seriously
- Values a healthy work-life balance
- Wants to build long-term relationships with colleagues
- Is looking for a PMHNP career in Spokane rather than simply another job
Why Work at Panoramic Psychiatry?
We built Panoramic Psychiatry around a simple idea: providers do better work when they have the support to focus on providing care and the colleagues to help them do it.
You shouldn’t have to choose between clinical independence and being part of a team. You shouldn’t have to choose between meaningful patient care and having a life outside of work. And you shouldn’t have to build an entire business just to build the psychiatric practice you want.
At Panoramic, we are trying to create that environment for our providers. We aren’t always looking for someone. But when we meet the right person, we want to know them.
If you’re a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner looking for a job in Spokane, WA and our approach sounds like the kind of practice you’ve been looking for, send your resume to office@panoramicpsychiatry.com and tell us a little about yourself.
We’d genuinely love to hear from you.
