Insurance & Billing

We are in-network with Premera, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Lifewise, Aetna, Asuris, Regence, Kaiser, First Choice, and Cigna.

We are out-of-network with all other insurances at this time. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, United or Providence BCBS. 

If we do not accept your insurance we offer self-pay options

Initial Appointment: 

• Psychiatric Evaluation: $250

Follow-up Visits:

• Short, simple follow-up: $125
• Longer or complex follow-up: $175

Rates for insured clients are set by the individual’s insurance company.

The discounted rates above are available to self pay clients paying at the time of service. 

Time of Service: Payments are due when services are rendered unless prior arrangements are made.

Accepted Payment Methods: Personal check, cash, credit/debit card, money order. A card must remain on file for telehealth appointments

Cancellation Policy: We require patients to cancel their appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
