Molly Oakley
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, ARNP
I am a Spokane native who studied at Yale University to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I trained and worked across the country for several years before returning to Spokane to start Panoramic Psychiatry, to provide high-quality, psychiatric care in a comfortable environment to residents of the Inland Northwest.
Molly specializes in general psychiatry for all ages, with a focus on perinatal care and eating disorders.
Jennifer Shaw
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, ARNP
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. I enjoy collaborating with clients across the lifespan providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management. I look forward to working with you!
Jenny specializes in general psychiatry for all ages.
Nicole Miner
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, ARNP
I am a Gonzaga graduate with more than 25-years of healthcare experience, primarily caring for older adults. My aim is to genuinely understand what matters to you, and work toward your goals together. Using scientific and holistic approaches, treatments may include medications, education, and supportive and alternative therapies. I find joy in creating art, listening to music, and exploring nature.
Nicole specializes in general psychiatry for adults aged 18 or older, with a focus on geriatric care
Jacqueline Kramlich
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, ARNP
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Gonzaga University and am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who primarily focuses on children and adolescents. You are the expert on your own family. My role is to listen to your unique story and circumstances, and provide treatment options and guidance that best fit your family’s needs and goals.
Together, we will create a plan that provides improved function and quality of life, regardless of the circumstances that bring your family into clinic
Jackie practices general psychiatry with a focus on pediatrics and adults under age 40.
Anna Caruso
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, ARNP
I am a board-certified PMHNP offering compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered mental health care. Using a biopsychosocial framework, I create personalized care plans, medication management, and complementary interventions. With over 10 years of experience across diverse settings in Washington state, I work with clients of all ages. I’m especially passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate challenges and achieve their goals. I view mental health care as a collaborative partnership, focusing on balanced, holistic care that supports healing and growth.
Rachel Felgenhauer
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, ARNP
I am Spokane-born and bring a wealth of experience in child, adolescent, and adult mental health to Panoramic Psychiatry. I earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from WSU, building upon my Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing (WSU) and Children’s Studies and Addiction Studies (EWU). I am passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD and autism spectrum disorders.
Dr. Tara James
Psychiatrist, MD
I am a board-certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, with extensive experience diagnosing and treating children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned my M.D. from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where I also completed residency and fellowship training. I provide evidence-based care for mood, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, attention-deficit, trauma-related, neurodevelopmental, disruptive behavior, and psychotic disorders in outpatient and consultative settings. I emphasize individualized, trauma-informed care and integrate evidence-based practices to optimize outcomes and promote resilience. Committed to clinical excellence, I focus on supporting developmental and functional growth. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, outdoor activities, and time with family and friends.
Hailey Reynolds
Office Manager
I am the Office Manager for Panoramic Psychiatry. I have spent most of my life in the greater Spokane area with a short break to play college soccer in Oregon. I enjoy socializing with friends, learning about marketing and I am always ready for the next adventure in life. I take pride in working with our providers to bring excellent mental health care to the local community while helping to find the best fit for our patients’ care.

Hello, I’m Erin, your friendly Office Assistant! I’m all about learning new things and I have a soft spot for helping people. Off the clock, you’ll find me in my garden nurturing life, out on a lake with my paddleboard, trying out a new restaurant or snuggling with my son. I look forward to meeting you!
Carolyn Troyer

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with a heart for serving a wide range of people. Previous work experiences has shaped me to be very understanding, compassionate, and open minded in my nursing career. Beyond my professional life, my family is incredibly important to me. I have an a wonderful husband and four amazing kids, and a fantastic mom (Nana for my kids) whom fill my life with so much love and laughter. I love to read, and am an avid collector of “cows’.
