Insurance & Billing

We are in-network with Premera, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Lifewise, Aetna, Asuris, Regence, Kaiser, First Choice, United, Providence BCBS and Cigna.

We are out-of-network with all other insurances at this time. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare. 

If we do not accept your insurance we offer self-pay options

Initial Appointment: 

• Psychiatric Evaluation: $250-$300

Follow-up Visits:

• Short, simple follow-up: $125
• Longer or complex follow-up: $175
• Autism Evaluation $250 

Rates for insured clients are set by the individual’s insurance company.

The discounted rates above are available to self pay clients paying at the time of service. 

*Rates are $25-50 higher to see our psychiatrist, Dr. James, MD. 

Time of Service: Payments are due when services are rendered unless prior arrangements are made.

Accepted Payment Methods: Personal check, cash, credit/debit card, money order. A card must remain on file for telehealth appointments

Cancellation Policy: We require patients to cancel their appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
